Synopsis: Jordan (Halle Berry) has been working as a 911 emergency operator, when one night, a call comes in that will force her to take action herself. A teenage girl (Abigail Breslin) makes the life altering call to Jordan, as she has just been kidnapped. This makes Jordan realise that she must come face to face with a killer from her past, in order to save the young girls life.
